Description

White mustard (nematode resistant) – is an annual herb. These are plants with a short growing season, but they grow luxuriantly. It is recommended to apply green manure when the plants are in bloom, because at that time their mass is the largest.

Use: crops are grown as green manure and as a pre-seed (beet, etc.) for plants susceptible to nematodes.

Cultivation features: in order to reduce the need for nitrogen fertilisers, as cover crops can be grown with legumes (peas or vetches).
