Description

Over the years’ of experience, we’ve perfected the balance between satisfying our clients’ needs and meeting all the requirements. We will offer the most suitable type of CBG biomass (raw biomass), depending on what our clients aim to achieve, whether it would be for extraction, tea or other purposes. CBG biomass production consists of 3 stages: raw material collection, drying and cleaning.

RAW MATERIAL COLLECTION – to meet the demands of each customer, we collect raw materials both by hand (if it’s used for high quality tea) and by machine. We carefully monitor these processes to ensure that the raw materials are of the highest quality.
DRYING – it’s one of the most important part in the preparation process of these raw materials, which often determines the quality of the product. Choosing the correct method and temperature is crucial, in order to retain the beneficial properties throughout the drying process.
CLEANING – it can be done using various sizes bolts (from 0.5mm to 2mm). During this process it is extremely important to make sure that the maximum amount of farina is retained, while all the rest unnecessary byproducts, such as seeds or shives, are removed.

THE WHOLE PROCESS: FROM SEED TO CBG BIOMASS

01 Certified seed supply – it all starts with a seed – only certified hemp seeds listed in the EU varieties are placed on the market.
02 Sowing – only certified hemp seeds are used for sowing.
03 Growing – no pesticides or herbicides are used in the growing process.
04 Harvesting – after the crop production authority confirms that the level of THC in the hemp does not exceed 0.2%, the hemp is harvested.
05 Raw material preparation – after harvesting the hemp flowers and leaves, they are immediately dried to avoid decay. Then, the raw materials are cleaned of debris and the seeds are removed.
06 Storage – the raw materials are stored in sealed bags.
07 Testing – accredited laboratories
