Description
Browntop bent – produce a lot of shoots, the heather and the lawn become denser quickly. It tolerates a variety of high and low mowing, but if it is constantly mowed higher, a “felt” of dead shoots and leaves can form, which reduces the vitality of the lawn.
Use: for lawns, ornamentals, golf courses. It is sown as a monocrop or in mixtures.
Cultivation features: fertile, undisturbed, sufficiently moist, weakly acidic or neutral soils are most suitable for these herbs. Can tolerate droughts and acidic and sandy soils, but growth will be poorer in them. Thorns grow well when the relative humidity is higher, they tolerate partial shade. During droughts, lawns may require watering to maintain good condition.
