Hemp protein is obtained from hemp seeds by extracting hemp oil. It’s a powder that
contains at least 20 amino acids which are essential to a human body. However, our bodies
do not produce them, so we must get them from food. Including hemp protein into your
diet not only allows you to get all the necessary amino acids and maintain a recommended
daily protein intake but also reduces sugar cravings and the risk of osteoporosis.
